Through play, children can communicate and make sense of their world in ways that words alone often cannot. Benefits of Play Therapy may include: Improved emotional regulation and problem-solving skills Strengthened relationships and communication Reduced anxiety, aggression, or withdrawal Enhanced self-esteem and resilience Play Therapy can support children who are navigating big emotions, life transitions, family changes, anxiety, or social challenges. Meet Our Licensed Play Therapist Greetings Princeton Community, My name is Adrien Clough, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been providing therapy to children since 2013. I recently moved to the Princeton area and am eager to get involved in the community. As a mental health play therapist, I work with children and families navigating behaviors, family separation, attachment concerns, and relationships. Since getting kiddos to appointments during the school day can be a challenge, I am happy to see students right at school. This service is voluntary and completely optional for families. I will be using a space at the school to provide these services to families who may benefit from therapy. Services will be billed through your insurance, and families will be responsible for any copays. The school is not responsible for any costs associated with these services.
