Level 1 (Intro) Gymnastics: Ages 5-10
This introductory class is for kids who have 0-1 years of gymnastics experience.
This class focuses on: Basic shaping, terminology; Floor - handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls; Bars - front support, cast concepts, tuck swings; Beam and Vault - basic work.
If a make up day is needed, they will be rescheduled during the week of February 22nd-26th on their scheduled day at their originally scheduled time.
