Early Childhood Fair Vendor Sign UpECFE Early Childhood Family EducationIt is that time of year again where we start planning for our upcoming Early Childhood Fair 2025. We are excited to partner with our community on this event. If you are interested in having a booth, please fill out all the information below and click submit. We are taking donations of $15 to cover table rental costs. This is a donation and not required to participate in the event. Here are the guidelines for the event: We refrain from doing any direct sales and focus on family fun with resources. We ask each vendor to provide a child friendly activity, free from choking hazards for all ages birth-5 years. Dressed up character, books, special guests, hands on activities, interactive games, songs and dancing or any performance or demonstrations are welcome and encouraged. We welcome any service or business that serves families with young children. This is also a candy free event. Please choose healthy alternatives. We provide each registrant with 1 table for setup. The 2025 Princeton Early Childhood Fair will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Princeton Primary School. Set up starts that day at 8:30 am. These evenings will provide families with practical ideas, simple strategies, and hands-on activities that make it easier to build strong reading habits and make time for reading at home—even with busy schedules. Evening Schedule 5:00–5:20 PM: Dinner will be served 5:20–5:30 PM: Children transition to the childcare room 5:30–7:00 PM: Family Literacy discussion and activities Families will explore ways to: Support reading and literacy through everyday routines Build a love of books and storytelling at home Learn simple, meaningful ways to talk, read, and learn together 📚 Food and childcare are provided at all Family Literacy Nights so families can fully participate and enjoy the evening. 📋 Families will be asked to share any food allergy information during registration. Family Private Swim Lessons: All Ages & AbilitiesAquaticsFamily private swimming lessons are designed for families to enroll their children in the same time slot and learn/practice skills together. The Tiger Swim Lesson Instructor will be able to teach all the Tiger Swim Lesson curriculum and will tailor the class to fit your family's individual needs. Multiple levels can be taught in the same lesson. If there are students in both lower and higher levels, a parent may need to get in the water to assist with the lower level skills practice. There is no limit to the number of children enrolled, but all participants must be in the same immediate family. Note: You only need to register 1 family member. You will be asked during the registration process who else in the family will be attending the private swim lessons. You will get six - 30 minute sessions, being able to choose which of the six days out of the eight work best for you for the January sections.
