This camp provides participants with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment that encourages teamwork. Ultimate frisbee is an athletically-challenging team sport played with a thrown frisbee. Participants will practice throwing, catching, and general strategy and team-play. Camp ends with a scrimmage/game on the final day. Please bring water and wear athletic clothing.
