Tiger Sharks Advanced Swimming: Gr. 1-12
All participants need to be able to swim 500 yards freestyle nonstop and be comfortable with all four competitive strokes. This class will focus on building both endurance and speed while perfecting stoke and start/turn techniques.
Swimmers should bring a swimsuit, goggles, towel, and water bottle daily.
