Level 3 (Intermediate) Gymnastics: Age 8+

 Passing Level 2 is a prerequisite.

This class focuses on: Vault - handstand flatbacks with repulsion, popups; Bars - pullover from standing, tap swings, glide swings, squat on floor bar; Beam - cartwheels and handstands on low beam, ½ turns, tuck jump ½; Floor - front limber, back limber, split leap 45°, handstands.

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc.
