Girls Tiger Ironworks: Gr. 8-12
This strength and conditioning program focuses on improving strength, speed, and vertical jump through lifting weights, plyometrics, agility, and sprints. Participants will also learn about the importance of nutrition and get tips from our Princeton Coaches on how to fuel their bodies before and after a workout.
Bring a water bottle and gym shoes.
