Level 4 (Advanced Intermediate) Gymnastics: Age 8+

Passing Level 3 is a prerequisite.

This class focuses on: Vault - arm circle handstand hops to 1” panel, spotted handspring; Bars - undershoot dismount, kip with spot, back hip circle, front hip circle with spot; Beam - cartwheel and handstand on high beam, tuck jump ¾, full turns, wolf jumps; Floor - spotted back walkover, round off with rebound, front walkover step outs, split leap 180°

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc.
