Come learn creative new ways to use your sourdough starter! In this hands-on class, we’ll explore a variety of recipes that go beyond the basic loaf. You’ll learn how to mix, bake, and master a few fun tricks to make each creation a success.

It’s recommended (but not required!) to take our Beginners Sourdough Class before joining an advanced session.

The January class will include making sourdough scones. The March class will include sourdough english muffins/bagels.

Please bring a mixing bowl to class; all other supplies is provided.
