BMX Bike Racing: Pre-K to Adult
Learn the Sport of BMX Bike Racing! Rum River BMX is the #1 indoor facility in the country. Unlike traditional sports, in BMX, no one sits on the bench! BMX riding is a great way for kids and adults to stay active, build confidence, develop important life skills, connect with others, and have fun. This session will cover BMX fundamentals including “What is BMX racing?” racing bike types, BMX terminology, and BMX safety. Also, the most important lesson, how to RIDE LIKE THE WIND! Students will receive hands-on riding instructions and will practice their new skills on the BMX track. This course is designed for new riders (novice) who are interested in the sport. If you can pedal your bike without training wheels, you can take part in this class. No special bikes are required, if it has wheels, a few adjustments and we will make it work for this class (your bike will need to have the reflectors, kickstand, chain guard, and pegs removed). If you do not have a bike, we have a fleet of HARO race bikes available at the track for use on a first come, first served basis. A full-face helmet is recommended, as helmets are required. You must wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and close-toed shoes. Check-in is from 5:30 to 6:00pm and class is from 6:00 to 7:45pm. -
Saturday Morning Recovery Sessions: Gr. 9-12
A one-hour recovery session, consisting of restorative flow yoga, partner stretching, and light conditioning to reduce the risk of injury, improve athletic performance, and reduce soreness from sport participation. EXCLUSION: This service is not for athletes in rehabilitation for a current injury such as post-surgical recovery, concussion, ankle sprain, etc. This service is not physical therapy, nor does it replace rehabilitation currently being performed with athletic training staff or a rehab professional. -
Beginning Karate: Ages 4-6
You will find that martial arts training helps build good kids into great kids by teaching them to work towards goals, increasing their self esteem, and learning respect for themselves and for others. Your children will learn in a safe, supervised environment with our trained instructors who are specialists in keeping kids motivated and interested while they're learning self defense techniques that can last a lifetime. Located at Professional Karate Studio (PKS), 119 N Rum River Drive, Princeton. -

Youth Flag Football: Gr. K-5
In this 4-session camp, youth will enjoy playing with others while learning the basics of football. Campers will do some stretching and warm-up exercises, work on basic motor skills, and play basic tag and flag games that correlate to football. Work with Princeton Grad and Bethel QB Cooper Drews as you develop your skills! -
Quarterback Development Program: Gr. 6-12
Quarterbacks will learn how to sharpen their footwork, throwing mechanics, and overall knowledge of football through this four-day camp. Camp will include on-the-field application and classroom instruction. This program is led by former PHS Quarterback, Cooper Drews, who currently plays for Bethel University. -
Girls Basketball Workouts: Gr. 7-12
Join the high school coaching staff to work on individual skills, decision making, and tactical situations through drills and games. Please note there are multiple options for middle school girls. If you feel you need more advanced skills, we recommend the Workouts for Gr. 7-12, otherwise register for the Workouts for Gr. 4-8. -
Girls Tiger Ironworks: Gr. 8-12
This strength and conditioning program focuses on improving strength, speed, and vertical jump through lifting weights, plyometrics, agility, and sprints. Participants will also learn about the importance of nutrition and get tips from our Princeton Coaches on how to fuel their bodies before and after a workout. Bring a water bottle and gym shoes. -
Tiger Tennis Academy: Gr. K-3
Come and develop your skills as a tennis player. Grips, court rules, serves, basic strokes, and lead-up games will be taught to participants of all skill levels! Please bring your own tennis racquet. If you do not have one, we will have one for you to borrow during the week. Note: For Tiger Tennis Academy the indoor rain backup location will be the Princeton Middle School Gym. You will be notified of any changes to the locations because of weather. -
Tiger Football Speed & Strength: Gr. 9-12
This program is designed for football players entering grades 9-12 and is led by the Varsity Football staff. Strength and speed training will be directed towards the development of football knowledge and abilities. *MEET ON THE FOOTBALL PRACTICE FIELD - BRING YOUR CLEATS EACH DAY* Groups will be split by position- register accordingly! Please note that days are subject to change based on high school summer tournaments. The focus will be on individual skill development, competitive small-sided games, and team concepts. Those interested in playing basketball in the winter of 2026-27 are encouraged to participate. 8th graders may register for the session most appropriate to their ability. -

North Metro Track & Field League: Gr. 4-7
The goal of the North Metro Track & Field League is to provide an opportunity to exposes students entering 4th-7th grade to some track and field events along with giving them the opportunity to compete against athletes other than those at their own school/community. Athletes will enjoy the experience of learning new skills and events such as high jump, long jump, shot put and discus, as well as hurdles and other running events. This is a great opportunity to be with your friends and learn skills and develop habits that will remain with you for the rest of your life. Each athlete will receive a t-shirt. Week #1 Practice on Mon. 6/8 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:30am (little longer practice due to checking athletes in) Practice on Tue. 6/9 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:00am **Away meet on Wed. 6/10 at St. Francis High School track starting at 6:30pm (Please arrive by 5:30pm for check-in) Week #2 Practice on Mon. and Tue. 6/15-6/16 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:00am. **Away meet on Wed. 6/17 at Zimmerman High School at 6:30pm (Please arrive by 5:30pm for check-in) Week #3 Practice on Mon. and Tue. 6/22-6/23 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:00am. **Away Championship meet on Wed. 6/24 at Elk River High School from 5:30-8pm (Please arrive by 5pm) **Please note that meet dates, times, and/or locations are subject to change. Level 2 (Beginner) Gymnastics: Age 8+
Passing Level 1 is a prerequisite. This class focuses on: Vault - handstand flat back, heel drivers, handstand hold against wall; Bars - spotted pullovers, pike & straddle swings, fish taps; Beam - releve walks, scale & arabesque holds, tuck jumps, t-level split handstands on low beam; Floor - cartwheels, handstands, back extension down cheese mat. Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc. -
Level 3 (Intermediate) Gymnastics: Age 8+

This class focuses on: Vault - handstand flatbacks with repulsion, popups; Bars - pullover from standing, tap swings, glide swings, squat on floor bar; Beam - cartwheels and handstands on low beam, ½ turns, tuck jump ½; Floor - front limber, back limber, split leap 45°, handstands. Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc. -
Sandlot Baseball: Gr. K-6
Sandlot Baseball is a daytime, recreational, in-house baseball program. The emphasis of this program is to get kids out on the field having fun and playing America's game! Each day there will be a warm up, followed by learning the fundamentals of the game which include throwing, hitting, and base running. Players will be split into teams and will also scrimmage each other when enough players allow. This is a great way for kids to get out and play this summer! *Players will receive a team t-shirt as part of the registration. -
Brazilian United Soccer Academy: Half-Day Camp: Ages 7-14
Our Half-Day Camp is focused on technical soccer development and is led by professional Brazilian coaches using BUC’s proven Beyond Soccer methodology. Players work on ball mastery, passing, shooting, tactical awareness, and small-sided games in a structured, positive, and high-energy environment.
