Lunch Bunch SupervisionYouth EnrichmentTaking both a morning and afternoon course at the High School this summer? Stick around for Lunch Bunch! Students can enjoy their lunch and relax in the high school lobby with supervised care between classes. Activities such as coloring and games are provided if students wish. Community Ed staff will get students to their afternoon courses as needed. Just pack a lunch and we’ll take care of the rest. Note: For student safety, students are not allowed to be on campus unattended. If students are unable to be picked up right away from morning camp and need to stay on-site until their afternoon camp, enrollment in Lunch Bunch is required. Lynch Soccer Camp: Gr. 3-7Youth RecreationYoung athletes will gain the technical skills and sport knowledge required for their next step into the world of soccer. Camp will include a warm-up and instructional sessions/stations at the outset (passing/shooting/controlling soccer ball drills, etc.), then we'll put competitive teams together for some full-field action all in a fun, positive & challenging environment! We'll stress ball movement, player movement and practice our goalie skills as well. We will also stress teamwork, sportsmanship, and encourage the making of new friends for all participants. Between the ages of 3 and 4, screening can detect possible health or learning concerns, so that children can get help before they start kindergarten. Screening is required before kindergarten and recommended at 3.5 years old. Does my child need an Early Childhood Screening? YES - In order for your child to start kindergarten in any Minnesota public school, you will need to provide your child's Early Childhood Screening Summary Form and Immunization record. Is there a charge? No, Early Childhood Screening is FREE What will happen at the screening? The Princeton Middle School Early Risers Program provides supervised structured time from 7:00-8:15am for students needing a positive head start to their day. Students attending Early Risers will be provided an opportunity to eat breakfast, work on school assignments, read, organize and plan their daily schedule, or exercise/move prior to their school day. Who Would Benefit from the Early Risers Program? Students may need additional time before school for a variety of reasons. Mini Tiger Cheer Clinic: Gr. 1-3Youth RecreationBring your 1st-3rd graders to these engaging sessions working with coaches and athletes from Princeton's Sideline Cheer program to learn cheerleading basics such as cheers, jumps, and basic stunting and tumbling. Youth will have opportunities to try all aspects of cheer and will prepare cheers and an age-appropriate dance to perform at the Youth Clinic Showcase on June 30th. Participants will receive a t-shirt and a bow for the showcase performance on June 30th. Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and bring clean closed toed shoes at each practice. Please also have hair pulled up and jewelry removed. Also, a labeled water bottle should be brought to every session.Summer 2026 -

During this class moms and their multi-aged children will participate in a circle time as well as a variety of activities in the classroom, before moms separate to a different room for a “parent-focus” time. The children will stay in the early childhood classroom with a licensed teacher and teaching assistant. For moms with children birth to age 5. So often as mothers we loose a sense of who we are as individuals. This class will focus on ways to maintain our identity as not only mothers, but also as a human being. Take some time for yourself, meet other mothers and participate in this non-traditional ECFE class that will focus on women's issues. This is a separating class. 1/2 hour will be spent together and 1 hour will be separated.Summer 2026 -

Nature ExplorersDrop-In ClassesRain or shine. Each session will include a nature walk and exploration. Bring strollers if needed & dress for the weather and outdoor fun: tennis shoes, jackets, Some of the trails will be gravel/ dirt and uneven. We will meet at various outdoor locations/parks and learn how to be “scientists”- kid-style. Nature-time is an awesome time to help children learn to think and observe. North Metro Track & Field League: Gr. 4-7Youth RecreationThe goal of the North Metro Track & Field League is to provide an opportunity to exposes students entering 4th-7th grade to some track and field events along with giving them the opportunity to compete against athletes other than those at their own school/community. Athletes will enjoy the experience of learning new skills and events such as high jump, long jump, shot put and discus, as well as hurdles and other running events. This is a great opportunity to be with your friends and learn skills and develop habits that will remain with you for the rest of your life. Each athlete will receive a t-shirt. One-to-One Strength and Conditioning: Gr. 9-12Youth RecreationAthletes who are interested in a more tailored approach can sign up for one-to-one coaching. These programs will also incorporate injury prevention. Additionally, these programs will include an intake evaluation and monthly follow-ups with the athlete and the strength coach to discuss program progress and make changes as needed. This service will allow for a more tailored program depending on the athlete deficits and specific needs. Register online through Community Ed and then the instructor will contact you to set up your one-to-one schedule. Times available will be Monday-Friday from 7:00-7:45am or 6:45-7:30pm. Registration will get you 4 sessions per week. Cost is $125 for your first month and $75/month thereafter.Winter/Spring 2026 -
