JennieRuth’s yoga journey began in fall of 2016 as an empty nest was approaching. Yoga helped her find balance during a time of immense transition. As a classically trained musician background, she studied the healing effects of frequencies and sound vibrations on the body and has added these classes in several locations she is currently leading classes in Anoka, Elk River, Otsego, along with traveling to retreats and festivals in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
