Come experience the healing waves of sound. Crystal Singing Bowls are supportive in achieving well-being in the mind, body, and soul. Benefits may include a full body relaxation and recalibration. Be ready to restore and heal in this receptive 60-minute session. Dress comfortably and bring a mat, water bottle, and a cozy blanket and pillow. Chairs can be available for those who cannot be on the ground.

JennieRuth’s yoga journey began in fall of 2016 as an empty nest was approaching. Yoga helped her find balance during a time of immense transition. As a classically trained musician background, she studied the healing effects of frequencies and sound vibrations on the body and has added these classes in several locations she is currently leading classes in Anoka, Elk River, Otsego, along with traveling to retreats and festivals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. JennieRuth is building a private healing practice and has released her first Sound Healing CD with digital download.
