Ceramics for Fun: Ages 8-Adult
Participants will learn about clay and explore how to create fun and functional art using hand-building techniques. There will be two sessions-one for making up to 10 items, and the second session will be for glazing and assembly of projects.
Section 1: students attend October 5th to craft their items. Items need to dry. Then participants return on Oct. 12th to glaze and assemble their items. Instructor will then fire the items and they will be ready for pick-up after Oct. 19th by appointment.
Section 2: students attend November 9th to craft their items. Items need to dry. Then participants return on November 16th to glaze and assemble their items. Instructor will then fire the items and they will be ready for pick-up after Oct. 23rd by appointment.
Please note: there is no wheel-throwing in Ceramics for Fun. If you are interested in wheel-throwing too, please see our Beginner Ceramic Workshop classes.
