Level 5 (Advanced Gymnastics): Age 8+

This class focuses on: Vault - handspring and flysprings; Bars - cast above horizontal, kip, flyaway low bar with spot; Beam - front tuck dismount, connected cartwheels, spotted front and back walkovers; Floor - front handspring, standing back tuck off block, switch leap, round off back handspring.

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc.

If a make up day is needed, they will be rescheduled during the week of February 22nd-26th on their scheduled day at their originally scheduled time.
