Pizza Making with Pizza Barn: Gr. 6-8

Learn the fine art of making a pizza from Pizza Barn, which was voted one of the top five pizza places in the State of Minnesota! It is all about using your own recipes from start to finish. We will guide you through the process of making our pizza dough from scratch and all the different sauces that can go on a pizza. You will learn that everything can be a potential pizza topping and how the cheese can make or break your pizza.

Every participant will get a full tour of the Pizza Barn kitchen, a Pizza Barn t-shirt, a dry mix of our house pizza dough, a cup of pizza sauce, and all the skills needed to make a quality pizza right at home.

After 43 years in the Princeton Community, we will let you in on a few of our tips, tricks and secrets!
