Boys Tiger Ironworks: Gr. 9-12

Tiger Ironworks is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop the strength, speed, flexibility, acceleration, footwork, and mental toughness of all of our Tiger students and athletes. Most of all, the goal of this program is to help prevent injury. Participants will also learn about the importance of nutrition and get tips from our Princeton coaches on how to fuel their bodies before and after a workout.

*One or two sessions at the end of July may be canceled. Dates will be communicated out when we are closer to summer.
